Rum, Mint and Fresh Sugar Cane Juice Cocktail

How to make mojitos that are fresh, minty and always a hit. Make your cocktail stand out with fresh sugar cane juice the way the Cubans traditionally do it. This drink recipe is sure to please.
- Muddle mint leaves and lime juice at the bottom of a highball glass. Just muddle enough to bruise leaves, not crush them. Fill glass with ice cubes.
- Add rum, sugar cane juice, and club soda. Stir.
- Insert a sprig of mint for garnish. Serve mojito and enjoy!
*If you are unable to find fresh sugar cane juice, replace it with 1 TBSP superfine sugar and increase club soda to 2 1/2 oz. When replacing with sugar, muddle sugar with mint leaves and lime juice at the start.
